LWBBA is excited to announce the return of our Kang Basketball Day Camp on Monday, July 22 to Thursday, July 25 for boys & girls entering 3rd-8th grades. If you or someone you know might be interested, please spread the word! Spaces are limited, so act now.

The 4-day camp will be run by LWHS Boys Basketball Coaches with fundamentals, games, and fun! Our high school varsity boy players serve as head counselors and other high school players serve as assistant counselors. The camper fee will be $225. Sessions will be divided with incoming 3-5th graders from 9:00am-11:30 am daily, and incoming 6-8th graders from12:30pm-3:00pm daily. The camp will be held at Lake Washington High School.

For all players, we will have skill sessions led by our Off-Season Skills & Development Director, Coach Joey Giovacchini and Coach Scott Roberts.  For each Skill Session/Practice, please use the RSVP feature in the Sports Engine App to update your availability.  [Note: Practices between May 5-May 15 may need to be rescheduled to alternative times or locations due to AP testing at LWHS. We will communicate changes when we know.]

AAU Tournaments (Required set up/tear downs for returning Winter players)

For returning  LWHS players (only), we will also be hosting several AAU tournaments at LWHS, which raise critical funds for our basketball program. 

• April 12 & 14, Varsity & JV
• April 19 & 21, JV & C-Team
• May 31 & June 2, Varsity & JV

Lake Washington Boys' select basketball feeder program (4th-8th grade boys) participates in both tournaments and in the ETL (Eastside Travel League) in which we play other high school feeder teams.

• Tryouts and teams formed in mid-September.  Dates/Times/Locations will be finalized in August
• Practices: Begin the first week of October.  Each team will have two practices a week
• Tournaments: October and November
• ETL Season: December - late February
• Games:  1 - 2 each weekend with breaks for the school holidays
